Winter is over and it is now spring. We were fortunate that we had a warm winter here in Vancouver. It only  snowed a couple of times. The weather was sunnier and warmer than usual, while my friends and family in the Northeast experienced one of their harshest winters yet. So sorry my friends. 

Chilly Softness is a painting that I demonstrated for my landscape painting class back in January. It was of the first snowfall of the year from a creek near my home.
