Pour #2
For the second pour, I have now masked out the next lightest value.
Then I poured yellow and red around my focal point (the window box) , yellow and blue where the trees are in the back , blue in sky, and some blue and red up in the corner.
The last thing I did was paint in some darker red pigment where the flowers are.
This is the result of pour #2 after it has dried.
This is looking so gorgeous Leslie. I'm always amazed at how ALIVE pouring watercolors looks. :)))
Leslie, the colors are absolutely glowing! I look froward to the next steps …
Thank you Crystal. That means so much to me. Your paintings have such incredible light and color. I am impressed by how much you accomplish.
Kathryn, thank you. I appreciate all the comments you make and enjoy viewing all your beautiful creations as well.
I don't know how your mind can think that far ahead…. it's like playing chess!?
Wow Steven! Never thought of myself as a chess player but I guess you could say that it is a bit like that. Both require skill and imagination.
