This is another painting that I taught in my birds class on Wednesday mornings.
Bald eagles are in abundance here and they are always a pleasure to see.
I named it Ruffled Feathers because it reminded me of a couple that just quarreled, turning their backs to each other.
They were probably fighting over jelly.
(If you are a fan of the comedian Dane Cook, you will understand)
Out on a limb! Lovely picture, Leslie.
It's strange to hear that you have lots of eagles. There aren't many in England – especially since Paul McCartney stopped playing with them :0))
Thank you John! Sounds like all the eagles have flown the coop where you are. Perhaps it was all that bickering over jelly.
A beautiful painting Leslie. Love the title. We still see the bald eagles along the Kootenay Lake shoreline. They are amazing to watch.
Thank you Laura! The eagles are amazing to watch. You are lucky to have them close to you as well.
